Converting Invention to Innovation

Mass General Brigham Innovation is a cohesive, coordinated group of more than 140 professionals servicing medical inventors, thought-leaders, entrepreneurs, and industry. 

Our goal is to take medical inventions and innovations discovered by Mass General Brigham researchers and provide the appropriate support and infrastructure to allow technology development, commercialization, and, ultimately, the development of products to benefit patients.   

Insight is the tool used by our 20,000 research administrators to manage the research management lifecycle, from proposal submission, pre and post award tracking, through space tracking, compliance, effort certification, and space management.

Insight is bridging research with Innovation to extend the research lifecycle through IP licensing and commercialization for an end to end solution for research administrators and inventors.
